School/Homeschool Attendance Tracker (Checked Boxes)

Description

If you need an easy way to keep track of your students’/children’s attendance for the year, have to submit to your state for homeschool renewal, or for your personal records, I have created this simple attendance tracking log. All you need to do is put in your students’/children’s name, school/academy) grade, and track attendance for each month of the school year by checking off boxes.

This has been created in Excel format, but can be downloaded to Google Slides.
